HOW TO USE COTTON CARRY STRAP?

This is a common question we receive. So we thought it best to create a HOW-TO video to help you all out.  Hope this helps...enjoy!

CAN YOU INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?

Yes, we can include a short message (maximum of 250 characters).  You must enter the message in the CART section (before Checkout) where it states "gift message".  It is then printed on the Packing Slip. The Packing Slip does not contain any pricing information.  Please understand it is not a very attractive option and we are working on this.

***Please note that currently, we do not offer hand written messages***

CAN YOU GIFT WRAP MY ORDER?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping options. 

WHAT ARE YOUR TRADING HOURS?

We are located in Sydney (Australia) and our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), excluding NSW Public Holidays.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal & AfterPay.

CURRENCY

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. There is a currency conversion option on the menu page, however all purchases are processed in AUD.

A 10% GST charge is included in the retail price shown.

WHO DESIGNS YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our designs are exclusive to HENDEER.  We have a team here in Australia and also globally who all design products for HENDEER.

COLOURS

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products shown on this website.  However, as each person's monitor is different, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be accurate.

WARRANTY

HENDEER products are made to last.  In the unlikely event you have an issue with a defect in the material or workmanship within 6 months of purchase, please get in touch and we will assess each case individually.

The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended and doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or neglect.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?

Please get in touch with our team at hello@hendeer.com with your order details, and images of the fault so we can look into it for you under your warranty terms.. 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

PROMO CODES

Only one promo code can be used at a time during checkout. The code must be applied at checkout before paying for your transaction.  Please understand that we incur seller fees from 3rd paper payment providers once a transaction has been processed, so please contact us before checking out if you are experiencing issues with a promo code.  Promo codes are case sensitive.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR WOVEN THROWS MADE FROM?

Our woven throws are made from a cotton and recycled polyester blend.  The recycled polyester is made from recycled plastic bottles and waste diverted from our oceans and landfill, that is then turned into yarn.

Our experience found that using this blend helped them to be more durable, more crease resistant and less prone to shrinkage while increasing their suitability for the outdoors.

WHERE ARE YOUR THROWS MADE?

Our woven throws are made in a rural province in Eastern China.  They have passed the BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) testing which ensures that they are compliant and follow strict guidelines for working conditions in the supply chain.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS OF OUR THROW/PICNIC RUGS

Since they are yarn dyed not printed, your rug will remain bright and lovely, wash after wash.  Simply machine wash in cold water on a delicate cycle (front loader preferred), or handwash when required and air or tumble dry on a gentle cycle. They get softer after each wash.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

All orders received before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched next business day (please note that we do not open Saturdays, Sundays or NSW Public Holidays).

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Within Australia, we use Australia Post eParcel Standard (with Signature) delivery and it can take between 2-7 business days depending on where you live.  If you select Express delivery we then use Australia Post eParcel Express (with Signature) delivery and it is 1-2 business days.  You will be given an email or text message once your order is delivered with a tracking number that you will be able to trace.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship internationally (to most countries) utilising Australia Post International Parcel Delivery Service with Signature.

Shipping rates are calculated at Checkout. Delivery can take more than 6 days.  You will be given an email or text message once your order is delivered with a tracking number that you will be able to trace.

If you get to Checkout and it does not allow your address to be processed, this means that we do not currently deliver to your country.  Please feel free to send us an email enquiry and we can confirm this: hello@hendeer.com.

Please note that any custom’s fees (such as duties and taxes) incurred by your country are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by HENDEER.  We encourage you to contact a local custom’s agent for more information.
